Be very welcome to The Coven - a community for Witches, Healers, and highly sensitive souls, and a platform to nourish your body, your mind, and your spirit.
Here in the Coven, you're encouraged to come as you are. No matter how far along you are in your healing journey, whether you've just started or been through several ascensions, you'll be able to find support, nurture yourself and your spiritual gifts with our magical self-care rituals, and bond with other heart-centred souls also on the path to becoming their most authentic selves.
The idea for the Coven came to me in meditation during the Full Moon in Leo in January 2024. I knew, as soon as the name and the concept dropped, that this would be something special. I could tell by the butterflies in my belly and the resounding YES I could hear from my gut. However, at the time, I was navigating a powerful death and rebirth so I wasn't sure this was something I had the capacity to create.
I'm so glad I pushed through!
Through The Coven, I'm healing my inner child and giving her everything that she's always wanted - to be seen, loved, and understood. Growing up, I learned to dim my light to keep myself safe, and conditioning stopped me from realising my true power. If this is something you experienced too, The Coven is for you.
I'm also taking it as an opportunity to take my power back. As a woman, I'm reminded of how much the Divine Feminine has been repressed and oppressed for millennia, and how women used to be the rulers and healers of their tribes in ancient times. I no longer wish to stay asleep and perpetuate the trauma of centuries of persecution, so through The Coven, I'm rising, and realising myself as a Divine Goddess - the one that generates life and manifests the unmanifested. I invite you to do the same.
There are two elements to The Coven:
⟢ The Coven Community: an online community created to offer soul-searching misfits - highly sensitive souls, who are low-key psychic and just struggle to fit in - a soul family and a safe space to connect, share insights and experiences, and gather in circle online to support and celebrate one another in our healing journey.
The Coven Community is a judgment-free group and a collective of confident and powerful Witches and Healers shining their light unapologetically and reclaiming their power.
It's also a place for you to share your work and your victories, and promote events, programs, and initiatives you're personally organising that are relevant to the members inside.
⟢ The Cauldron: our signature monthly membership created to help you nourish your body, your mind, and your soul, and nourish your spiritual gifts.
Born out of my need to support my healing journey, the Cauldron is the space I wish I had when I was stuck in toxic self-sacrificing patterns, and my light and power laid dormant, as I lived in permanent survival mode.
Choose from reiki, sound healing, hypnotherapy, ancestral yoga, chakra balancing yoga sessions, gentle stretching routines, breathwork, and many more holistic disciplines that will be added to the library every month.
Access to The Cauldron gives you automatic access to The Coven Community.
Regardless of whether you're just looking for community or if you wish to join The Cauldron too, I'm thankful and happy you're here.
⊹ I offer you a source of unconditional support as you courageously take the road less travel and heal, and step into your inner badass Goddess. ⊹
Welcome to The Coven 🧙♀️
Some of you know me as Cat, and some of you know me as Dipa - a name I was given when I was initiated into my ancestral yoga lineage. Dipa means light. For a long time, I thought that simply described my personality. Now I understand it as a responsibility: to help bring clarity where there is confusion, and warmth where there has been fear.
Like many women, I grew up learning how to play small to be accepted, how to perform to be loved, how to meet expectations, and how to hold more than was ever meant to be mine. I was sensitive, intuitive, deeply perceptive - and for years, I tried to repress and hide those parts of myself so I wouldn’t “be so difficult” and “too much”.
I didn’t feel unseen because I lacked people.
I felt unseen because I didn’t feel safe being fully myself.
This is something I now recognise as part of a much bigger story - one shaped by patriarchal conditioning that teaches women to override their bodies, mistrust their intuition, and stay small in order to belong. That conditioning doesn’t just live in our thoughts. It lives in our nervous systems, in how we brace, how we give, and how we disconnect from our own power.
For a long time, my sensitivity felt like a curse.
Now I know it’s one of the reasons I’m here.
As I committed more deeply to my own healing, something shifted. I stopped trying to dilute myself. I stopped masking. I started sharing more honestly - and in doing so, I found women who had been doing the same thing in silence.
Women who were intuitive, intense, caring, and powerful - but exhausted, lost, disconnected.
Women who didn’t need fixing, but safety.
Women who didn’t lack power, but the conditions to hold it.
That realisation gave birth toThe Coven.
The Coven is the community I didn’t have growing up - a space where women don’t have to shrink, perform, or explain themselves to be accepted. A space where sensitivity is not shamed, intuition is not dismissed, and power is not something we force, but something we reclaim together.
I believe deeply that women are natural leaders. Not through domination or force, but through presence, wisdom, and care. And for the Divine Feminine and Masculine to come back into balance, women must first feel safe enough to take up space again.
That is what I’m committed to creating here:
𖦹 community instead of competition
𖦹 support instead of self-sacrifice
𖦹 power that is sustainable, not burning
I’m deeply grateful you’re here - not as followers, but as co-creators of something different. Something older than the systems that taught us to shrink, and strong enough to imagine a new way forward.
Thank you for being part of this space. 💜
